In the production of polyolefin cables and TPV profiles, surface roughness (melt fracture) and die drool are major concerns. These issues are closely related to the rheological properties of the polymer, and are fundamentally caused by significant variations in polymer flow behavior. Such problems can be overcome by using an appropriate lubricant.

TPX1200 is an excellent additive designed to address these challenges. Even at very low dosages, it delivers remarkable improvements, enabling production speeds two to three times faster than processes without TPX1200, while maintaining stable and defect-free extrusion.
