As a dispersing agent, they can make the incorporation of fillers faster. They can have good dispersion even at low temperature processing and can improve mold release even with complicated mold design. They work both as an internal and external lubricant. As compatibilizer, they increase the shear force without additional load of mixing equipment and improve the dispersion of the compound.

EL100
Improves the flow properties rubber compounds, reduces the viscosity of green compound and has excellent release effect.
EL110
It eliminates sticking problem between machine and compounds and improves mold release in complicated mold.
EL140
Same application as EL100 at low temperature processing, It has very good dispersion at low temperature processing.
EL400
This improves compound’s processing without harmful effect to compound’s physical properties. As a dispersing agent.
It makes the incorporation of fillers faster. It acts as an excellent external lubricant to polar rubbers.
EL800
Excellent processing additive for special and normal polymers, lowering viscosity, improving roll release and helping mold release. It has very low peroxide demand and has no harmful effect on physical properties.
EL840
Excellent processing additive for special and normal polymers. It eliminates flow/tiger marks and improves injection of compound into mold.
