Our coupling agents are called IruBond which stands for IruChem Bonding Agent.

IruBond improves the mechanical properties of olefin compounds containing glass fibers or fillers such as talc, mica, ATH and other natural materials such as cellulose or wood fibers. They can be used for LLDPE, HDPE, PP, etc.
IruBond coupling agents can also be used in PE/wood applications, PE/glass compounds, adhesion between polymers and metals or other non-compatible polymers such as polyamide, polyester and more.

Physical compatibilizer is composed of materials of low molecular weight and low melting temperature.
It helps dispersion of polymer and filler, or polymer and polymer. Compatibilizers make physical connection (mixing) between the following materials.

This product is used for glass fiber filled PP, wood plastic composite, and other filler filled PP compound.

IRUBOND400

This product is mainly used for non-halogen flame retared wire and cable compound or wood plastic composite.

IRUBOND450ML

It has very strong adhesion property between PE, PA and EVOH and is for the multi-layer film food and industrial film.

IRUBOND500

This product is mainly used for cable and wire compound and wood plastic composite.

IRUBOND500W

This product is mainly used for cable and wire compound and wood plastic composite.

IRUBOND700

This product is for toughening of nylon 66 and polyamid compounds.

IRUBOND800

Irubond800 is the crosslinking density enhancer that improves the crosslinking density of polymers.  It is used for the manufacture of rubber products or photovoltaic films.

IRUBOND900

Irubond900 is the olefin copolymer modified with silane.  It shows strong cross-linking performance through moisture crosslinking, and when used for solar applications, it is used for solar encapsulant film.  Strong performance is due to the very high silane grafting ratio.

IRUCOMP510

This is used for fast incorporation of polar and non-polar filler into polymer matrix. This product is mainly used for cable and wire compound and wood plastic composite.
